For over a decade, Turneffe Flats has been recognized as one of the world's premier flats fishing destinations. Availability of bonefish, permit and tarpon make Turneffe Flats one of the few places affording a legitimate shot at a grand slam (bonefish, permit and tarpon caught on the same day). Impressive numbers of species frequent the immense network of channels and flats around the atoll, while snapper, shark, barracuda, and jacks are an ever-present bonus, along with abundant reef fishing oppotunities. The fishing is done from 16-ft Dolphin Super Skiffs with some of the most experienced guides on the Belize coast.
Ideally located on the northern tip of the Turneffe Atoll, the lodge can accomodate up to 16 guests in spacious, air-conditioned duplex cabins. The main dining room and lodge is a popular gathering spot after a full day's activity on the water. The lodge has developed an Atoll Adventure program that is perfect for those guests who want to snorkel, bird watch or enjoy a number of other fun outdoor activities.
